I found if you slice it nice and thin, then cut the slices in half, the chewing is pleasant and the peeling is ease ;) -

The taste of this salami is excellent, the truffle flavor is definitely present. The main drawback to this product is that the salami is difficult to cut and is very hard to chew. Plus you have to peel off the paper. Eating this is like performing work.
