    Tried this today, with a little smoked 5 mile cheddar, triscuits, regular flavor... and it was like I'd died and gone to Heaven. This wild boar is expensive, but if you're having a little family get together, a little cheese and wine party, it's a lot of fun, and everyone will enjoy it immensely. Well worth the money spent.
