When I first had this cheese I wasn't impressed. I was tasting it along with some other cheeses but when I came back to it it became my favorite of the 6 or so that I tasted. Starts nice and buttery with excellent crystallization. Gives it great texture. Builds the taste in your mouth. Also get the caramel that other reviewers mentioned. A very sweet cheese. Very good.

I really wanted to like this cheese more. It's not bad by any stretch, but I found it to be a little one dimensional. There were pleasant caramel/nutty flavors that came through HEAVILY, but that was about it. Nice cheese and for the price, a pretty good buy, just not my favorite.

One of my new favorite cheeses!!! The blast of flavor on the palate at first taste as almost overwhelming, but in a good way! Strong nutty, butter flavors burst in the mouth, followed by a wonderful carmel finish! Pairs quite nicely with Chardonnay!

This cheese has a ton of deep flavor. The nutty near sweet flavor was a surprise. Love how the taste evolved as the cheese sat out. Those little 'flavor crystals' add a nice crunch and texture to the cheese. I wasn't sure I would like this when I first cut into it. Glad I gave it a chance.
