Velvety smooth and richly decedent, Delice De Bourgogne is enriched with cream and aged for 4 to 5 weeks. This creamy wonder gets runnier at room temperature and pairs well with a number of accompaniments. It pairs perfectly with Champagne and works well with Bordeaux. Whole wheel form is about 5-6.5lbs.

Hands down, this is my obsession of the moment. I don't even want to know how many calories are in this - it matters not! Several downtown Kansas City restaurants have this on the menu now and I always order it. I'd prefer this and some crusty bread or thin crackers for my dinner to an entree. You MUST taste it and then you'll understand. It's worth every penny.
