This might be one of the best "bangs for your buck" when it comes to cheese. I especially like the tiny salt crystals you get to crunch into. As already posted, you certainly get a nuttiness in the flavor profile. This is a good party/get-together cheese that is not going to break the bank! -

Wonderfully intense caramel flavors with a certain nuttiness. This has changed my view of the QPR value of artisan cheeses. -

Absolutely love this Gouda...and I'm not the biggest cheese lovers out there. This has great creaminess and texture. It's the best selling cheese for a reason.
