Wonderfully intense caramel flavors with a certain nuttiness. This has changed my view of the QPR value of artisan cheeses.

Absolutely love this Gouda...and I'm not the biggest cheese lovers out there. This has great creaminess and texture. It's the best selling cheese for a reason.
