If, at any time at all, your gourmet food shipment is damaged or for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact our customer service department immediately! We will resolve the issue to make sure your 100% satisfied with your experience guaranteed!
If your order arrives damaged or spoiled as a result of the shipment, please contact our customer service department. Please save the box and damaged goods, we will have them picked up and new products mailed to you as soon as possible. Customers are entirely responsible for any incorrect addresses entered into the shopping carts for a shipping address.
We want to make sure you get your product in the best possible condition; therefore we are very mindful when shipping. Air and overnight options are recommended for highly perishable products, such as Burrata, fresh Mozzarella, etc. Also, when selecting options for shipping please be aware of the weather in your area! We do not know what is the temperature is near you!
If you place your orders between Saturday & Wednesday for Ground Shipments they will ship within the next 48 hours. If the order is placed Thursday or Friday, we will wait until Monday to cut, pack, and ship the order.
This is the recommended option for long distances. If you place your order between Saturday & Tuesday, we will ship within the next 48 hours. If you place a Two Day Air order on Wednesday to a business address, your shipment will not be prepared until the following Monday. Residential addresses will be able to receive Saturday air shipments for an additional delivery charge. This option is available upon checkout for Overnight and Two Day delivery options. Two Day option is not available for the most local states, since ground will deliver to those areas with 48 hours of shipment leaving our facility.
Insurance is highly recommended. Your order is covered for 100% with paying the 0.05% of the order total. This will cover any problems with your order during shipment.
